Langleys in southwest Georgia

By Lee Mathis November 29, 2001 at 08:06:30

I am searching for ANY information about the following family:

Thomas LANGLEY ( - c1918) m. Jenny HANCOCK
- 1a Flora Etta LANGLEY* (1898 - 1979) m. Benjamin Jasper MATHIS (1896 - 1918) in 1914.
- 1b Flora Etta LANGLEY* (1898 - 1979) m. Martin BAGGETT
- 1c Flora Etta LANGLEY* (1898 - 1979) m. Ira Lee HANCOCK
- 2 John Henry LANGLEY (1905 - ?)
- 3 Alice LANGLEY (1907 - ?)
- 4 Ausimae (Bill) LANGLEY (1910 - ?)
- 5 Vernon LANGLEY (1915 - ?)
- 6 Ozell LANGLEY (1916 - ?)

Thomas is my great grandfather and died, I believe, about 1918. His wife and the children (except Flora Etta) were living in Thomas Co, GA in Enumeration District 122 at the time of the 1920 Census.

If you have ANY information or any of this looks familiar, please send a note.

Thanks,

Lee Mathis
Arlington, VA
