Frederick Last is selling a lease on number 132 New Bond Street to Charles Tupper for £1000. The lease is to run for 21 years at a rent of £350 per annum.
The property is described as a "messuage or dwelling house" but note that the lessee undertakes not to permit "any trade or business whatsoever except the business now being carried on". Unfortunately, we are not told what that business may be.
NB A note added on the back is headed "In the London Bankruptcy Court - Re Charles William Tupper" and dated 1874, but gives no useful details
