My ggggrandfather Franz Lauer emigrated to the Buffalo area in about 1830.He had a son Peter who was born in 1814.Peter had a son Peter born in 1849.I have no record of an Adam but it is quite possible that my records are not complete.Ptere (the older) moved to Cincinnati at some point I'm not sure when but he and the younger Peter both died in Cincinnati in the 1880s.Contact me if you think that this may be the Peter you are interested in.Bill Ryan
