1st this is that I can tell I am talking to a Lavely. We seem to carry a trait, it comes out in this email. Philip Lavely. Philip Appears in the Tax records for Baltimore County in 1873.
In the 1790 Census of Maryland, Baltimore County, Philip is listed as head of house. With him are 1 additional Male 16 or older.
2 Males under 16 years. 6 Females . All the above are listed as White. 1 non white person.
There are 2 Philip Lavely's JR. and SR. The 1790 Census is for Sr.
In 1795 Philip appears in the tax records for Fredricks County, Maryland.
This is where Philip Jr. and Sr. data is hard to seperate.
On April 23, 1800 Philip Lavely sold to Joh Matthews for fifty Pounds his housed hold goods, furniture and implements. Particulary mentioned are on whitetail and main horse, a bay horse, two cows, gees, plow, hoes, chain, beds and blankets, furniture, plates, pots etc. This property was located at a tenement at Owings Creek, Frederick Co.
