Hi Paul:Thank you so much for replying to us.I will tell you what we know we think she was born about 1856Bois-Franc or Lariviere Noire she died 1915 buried at Bois-Franc or Fort Colounge married Zephirin Laverdure Oct 10, 1877 likely at Bois-Franc or Fort Colounge registered at Lapasse, Ontario as that was the church with the registry. Zephirin was born1854??-1856 his death is registered as 1891.We know that fact is true as J. D. Wayne Laverdure's dad Lynus Gordon Jordan Russell Laverdure said his father Evangeliste Laverdure ( son of Theotiste Lavoie and Zephirin Laverdure) "Evangeliste was 9 years old when his dad died ." We know Evangeliste was born 1882 + 9 = 1891. Children ofTheotiste and ZephirinEvangeliste 1882 - 1962
Josephine 1885 - ?? Polydore 1890 -1954Eugene -- died around 21 in a logging accident around MattawaVirginia ??? she possibly was a twin sister to Eugene. Marie Louise 1896 -- ?? possible death around the 1960's she was a teacherChristine 1902 -1930who was the fatherof Marie Louise and Christine as Zephirin was dead in 1891.Also on a message posting I read one time that Toussaint & Sophie Lavoie raised two Native childrenone I believe may have been named Antoine and the other ???? maybe this is Theotise.Hope you have some answers ThanksBarb.
