My earliest Leberecht is Christian Heinrich Gottfried Leberecht. He was born about 1687 in an area of northern Germany now known as Stemwede in Westfalia. He attended the Evangelische church in the town of Levern. However, it is possible that the root family origin may have been more over towards Osnabrück.
He married an Anna Margaretha (last name unknown) who was born about 1688.He died in Levern on 26 March 1772 and she died there on 17 November 1755.They had at least five children in Levern.
Friedrich Wilhlem was born on 23 August 1721.Margaretha Eleanora was born on 28 March 1722 and married a Johan Abel Kase on 26 September 1745.Anna Christina was born on 24 September 1724.Johann Albrecht was born on 15 September 1730.Finally, Agnese Wilhilmine was born on 15 August 1734.
For my purposes, the line continued through the marriage of Johann Albrecht Leberecht with Charlotta Louisa Arning in Levern on 14 November 1751.
By 1752, this couple had established themselves and their descendants at Levern farm number 32.On 24 August 1752, Christian Philip Leberecht was born there;on 5 December 1784, he married Sophie Wilhelmine Ülzen in Levern.
Johann & Charlotta had at least one other child in Levern. This was Georg Ludwig who was born about 1760 and who married the widow Margarethe Liasbeth Grötermeyer in Levern on 3 April 1791.
I am interested in Leberecht data both before and after this time period.Although the town of Levern dates itself at well over a thousand years, the church records only go back into the 17th century.
I would greatly appreciate any help.
