Looking for my half sisters father

Looking for info. on Victor Leblanc. My half sister is the
result of a relationship between Victor Leblanc and our mother in 1940. Info. indicates that he was a truck driver out of Montreal or Quebec who travelled to the Gananoque, Ontario area. It is suggested that he drove for Diamond Trucking. Any info. would be appreciated.
