Calfurnia Haynes Lee 1840-1905

Calfurnia is my second great grandmother, and there's some confusion about her father.We know her mother is Mary Ann Stephenson (1819-1864).Some sources list her father as Alexander Lee, some sources are unknown.Anyone have any information?
