I'm in contact with David, and work with him in the Henry Lee Society (he's the Prez, I'm the VP).

From now on - we are referring new YDNA participants to FTDNA via Gary Lee ([email protected]), the volunteer administrator of the Lee Family group there.

David has retrieved all of the Ancestry participant data from that website; we investigated moving everyone over to FTDNA, but the cost will be prohibitive.

Accordingly, the Henry Lee Society will be doing several things: 1) Making space on its website for YDNA data from multiple sources including Ancestry. (www.henryleesociety.com)It's not there yet.2) Working with Gary and FTDNA to get updates from FTDNA participants and getting that data on the HLS site.

It is undecided yet if this will fall in the Members Only area (i.e. you would have to join the HLS to access it) or will be available to the general public.

David will continue to serve as the guardian for Ancestry's YDNA participants' personal data.This is of paramount importance to some of these participants and one of the historical roadblocks to getting the combined data up on a website.If the HLS determines a match, David will broker contact with the Ancestry participants; Gary will broker contact with the FTDNA participants.

That's the story as of the moment.
