No I was searching for Uzel, Uzal, Usall ect Lee they were named for Uzel LaFollette
Most Of the ones that were Lee's were in some way related to Mary LaFollette Lee wife of John Lee. Mary LaFollette Lee was either a sister or half sister to Uzel LaFollette who married Nancy Lee who might have been a sister or some relation to the John Lee who married Mary LaFollette. Charles Lee singed the marriage bond of both and they are also related to Mary Lee that marred Jess La Follette, Charles and Abigail Crafford Lee were the parents of Mary Lee LaFollette, and Nancy LaFollette
Mary LaFollette Lee, Uzel FaFollette Lee and Jesse LaFollette were all children of Joseph LaFollette
Jesse and Uzel's mother was Phoebe Goble, but Mary's may have been his first wife Lydia Carter.
Is that clearer than mud! Confussing isn't it.

Anyway usually if you find a Uzel Lee, or any form thereof it will usually connect back to John and Mary LaFollette Lee. The biggest problem is finding any records as the name Uzel tends to be butchered by most census takes and transcriptionest a like. But I keep trying to track down each one and tieing them back to the family they belong to.
