Lee-Burnett in Missouri 1860's

I'm looking for a marriage record for my great great grandparents. William Lee and Ellen Jane Burnett. They were supposed to have married in Bates County Missouri about 1856. They also had a child America Jane Lee in Capps Creek, Van Buren TWP, Newton County Missouri. Would love to have a birth record for her. I've already checked with Missouri state archives and Newton county only had birth records starting 1863. America was born May 19,1860. Any info would be very much appreciated. Thank You Patty Yates
