Caroline Lehmann

Caroline Lehmann was born 4 Feb. 1834 according to her tombstone, married Ernst G. Broese and died 30 October 1900 in Marshfield, Wisconsin.Ernst came from Elster (which I believe is in Sachsen-Anhalt), Germany according to the microfilm from the Family History Library.While searching this microfilm, I did not find their marriage nor did I find her information in the baptismal records in Elster, so I figure she came from somewhere else.I am pretty certain that she was born in the year 1834 as the 1900 census shows that date.
Does anyone know where she may have come from or who her parents were?
