eliza levan

I am trying to determine the parents of Eliza Jane Levan, who was born in Allentown, PA in 1833 and married to Hiram Saeger in Allentown.She later moved to Stephenson County, IL and died in Freeport, IL in 1912.Any help would be appreciated.
