I have listed 3 will abstracts from Reading, Berks County, PA.The first one is a Susanna Levan who mentions a step daughter Anneliss Frietly.Susanna Levan's maiden name was Siegfried daughter of the immigrant Johannes Siegfried and his wife Elisabeth.She married a Daniel Levan.His is the 2nd will.The 3rd is Elisabeth Siegfried Susanna's mother.This is all the info that I have on Frietly (Friedley).Hope it helps.

1. LEVAN, SUSANNA, Maxatawny. April 18, 1778 - May 2, 1778.
To stepdaus Barbara and Elizabeth REISER and Anneliss FRIETLY £50
each. Remainder of estate viz, the 1/3 of my husbands estate divided
among my own children, the youngest dau. Dorothea only named.
Exrs: sons-in-law George KEMP and Jacob LEVAN.
Wit: Dewalt BIEBER, Umick.

2. LEVAN, DANIEL, Maxatawny.
July 9, 1776 - July 5, 1777. Vol 2- 312.
Wife Susanna, to have all estate until son Daniel is 21. To maintain
and educate younger children.
To son Daniel at 21, my dwelling place in Maxatawny, containing 200
acres. Also 100 acres of Woodland in Longswamp, Farming utensils and
cattle. Paying for same as follows, to son Peter, dau. Barbara REESER,
dau. Elizabeth REESER, dau. Catharine LEVAN, dau. Mary SIGFRIED, dau.
Susanna KEMP, dau. Magdalena and dau. Margaret their shares of same.
To son Peter LEVAN, my new stone House commonly called the store and
one acre of land off my plantation, at £50.
Son Abraham having rec'd. a large sum of money of me, he shall retain
£400, as his share and pay remainder to my Exrs.
Devises heirs 1/2 interest in a tract of 500 acres and Sawmill in
Brunswick Twp to son Daniel, dau. Catharine and dau. Susanna KEMP, at
valuation of £300. Share of dau. Ester wife of Benj. WEISER to be £200,
to be in Trust until the death of her husband.
Remainder equally divided among my children, viz, Peter, Jacob, Isaac,
Barbara REESER, Elizabeth REESER, Catharine LEVAN, Mary SIGFRIED,
Susanna KEMP, Magdalena Margaret, Sarah and Dorothea LEVAN.
Exrs: wife Susanna and son in law George KEMP.
Wit: Henry CHRIST, Sebastian LEVAN and Balser GEEHR

3. ZIEGFRIED, ELIZABETH,widow Maxatawny.
June 17, 1766. November 10, 1767.
To dau. Margaret, wife of Jacob MAESS of Lynn Twp, Northampton Co., all
my wearing apparel and interest of £50, during her life and at her
decease the principal to her children.
Remainder of estate to be divided amongst all my daus, viz, Catherine
wife of Frederick REMICH, Susanna wife of David LEVAN, Elizabeth wife
of John ROTHARMEL, Magdalene wife of Anthony FISHER, Anna wife of Jacob
FEISCHER and Margaret wife of Jacob MAESS, son Joseph and heirs of
December'd. son John released from payment of any money due me by the
will of late husband - they having paid me in my lifetime.
Exrs: son Joseph and friend Sebastian ZIMMERMAN.
