Liberto from Cefalu Sicily
My great aunt, Rose Carmela Barranco, married Dominic Liberto in Cefalu Sicily. They migrated to the States and arrived at Ellis Island on May 17, 1901. They settled in western Penssylvania area then moved to Waverly New York. Both of them are buried in St. Eusebius Centery in East Brady Pennsylvania along with their daughter Theresa LIBERTO, my grandfather (Rose's brother), Vincent James BARRANCO, my grandmother, Josephine Marie Amato BARRANCO, their son, Vincent James BARRANCO, Jr. I believe that there is another person buried there also, but I can not recall who it is. My grandparents came from Cefalu also and arrived at Ellis Island on May 6, 1907.

As others have said, Cefalu is a very small village in Sicily and everyone knew everyone else.
