Re: Lickey Family in Indiana
Thanks for the information. Some I had and some I did not.The information about the cubbard that Fielding made and the silver cups must have come from me years ago.I also have a napkin holderas well as another cubbard that I gave to may son.
Fielding's parents were John and Sarah McFee who were married in Harrison Co., OH in 1826.Fielding had another brother, John, who stayed in Ohio, and two sisters - Nacy who married a Repphart and stayed in Ohio and Mary who married first a Simpson and later a Palmer.
I have much more information on the Lickeys and I was the first to find and visit "Stony Lonesome" in Loudoun Co., Va.I have been there about 6 times and have gone all through the house.
John Lickey's wife was first married to Samuel Sadler. Her parents were James and Mercy (Marcy) Shreve Tompkins.
Mercy's parents were Caleb and Hannah Shreve Thorn.
The Lewie Crane you mentioned was a woman, my father's sister.she married Ob e Ritchey.
Send me your address and I will send a a packet of other information.
