William Lister & Margaret Bell

William Lister married Margaret Bell 1828 in Delaware and it appears they married again in 1839.

William Lister's will (spouse Martha) was probated in Kent Co Delaware 1846-7.

William Lister married Susan Biddle 1817 Delaware.He is absent from the family 1830 census.

Can anyone tell me if these Williams are the same person?
