Weldon's father is Cornelius W. Lloyd and his mother is Nancy Ann Moore.

Cornelius and his wife, Nannie, are found in the 1870 Census living in Tennessee. On 17 Aug 1870, Cornelius Loyd [sic], age 25, born abt. 1845 in North Carolina, is living in District 2, Fayette, Tennessee, with his wife, Nannie Loyd [sic], age 23, born abt. 1847 in Tennessee, his son, Weldon Loyd [sic], age 4, born abt. 1866 in Georgia, and his daughter, Ida Loyd [sic], age 1, born abt. 1869 in Georgia.

According to the 1860 Census taken on 6 Aug 1860, Cornelius Loyd [sic], age 16, born about 1844 in North Carolina, was living in Upper Cove, Walker County, Georgia, with his father P. Loyd [sic] (Pleasant Lloyd) and his mother Margaret Loyd [sic] and his siblings.

Nancy Ann Moore, born about 1846 in Tennessee, is shown in the 1860 Census living in the same town as Cornelius, which is Upper Cove, Walker County, Georgia. Her mother's name is Mary Y. Moore.

In the 1850 Census for Walker County, Georgia, I found Nancy living with her parents, Elijah D. Moore, wife Mary Moore, and her sister, Rachel E. Moore, all four born in Tennessee.
