I am trying to make contact with Vincent Godfrey Lloyd who was living in Canberra, Australia in 2012. In that year he was awarded a Gold Medal by the First Minister for his services to ACT over the previous 50 years. Vincent was born in Walsall, West Midlands, U.K. In 1926.
