As I live in Texas, my research has just arrived @ the same generation and as I have Parkinson`s my replies are somewhat cryptic.I have just received a marriage certificate for
William Lomax age 29 Widdower Dec 6. 1858. " Butcher"
Alice Holden age 29 Widow"Weaver"
William`s father isWilliam " Farmer"
I was in Darwen a long time ago and of course had no interest in where Fathercame from
I would be Interested in any information you may have.
