What's the relationship between John Long & Deborah O'Neal and Tobias Long & Margaret O'Neal?

Tobias (b. Jan. 28, 1798) is also believed to have been born in Randolph County, N. C. I'm not sure where Margaret O'Neal was born (~ 1801)? Some say N. C., others say Tennessee. Tobias and Margaret lived in Tennesse before moving to Wood County, Texas around 1850.
