William R. Lord 1838 Wilkinson County, GA

For Lord researchers, I have located a deed transferring title to a tract of land in Cherokee (later Cobb) County, GA from a Alexander Papmore and John Arnold to William R. Lord. The deed dated in 1838 was witnessed by a Hiram Jones and signed by Wiley Holland, JP. Papmore, Arnold and Lord were shown to be from Wilkinson County, GA. Presumably, Jones and Holland were also from Wilkinson County. I have no other information on any of the parties.
