Marjorie,
I saw your response in the Lummus GenForum about William Thomas Lummus
and his wife.My wife and I recently visited the Lummus Cemetery in
Buffalo.I took as many names from the tombstones as I could and later
tried to connect them to names I already had in my Lummus research. This is
all I have on William Thomas and Doll.
Descendants of Unknown Lummus

.2Alexander L. LUMMUSb: 1827 in Unknownd: September 14, 1904
Would you mind filing in any additional information you have, especially
his parents, grand-parents?Or is that asking too much?
I have been at this for about 10 years with what I thought was a not
very big family name (at least not like Smith); but as the years have gone
along, I am still finding loose ends.I am very hopeful that they do tie
together some where some time ago!:-)
Thanks,
