I have researching Lumpkins for nearly 20 years in an effort to locate Robert Lumpkin who was the surety on the marriage bond when William McCraw married Mathey/Martha Lumpkin in 1792 in Halifax Co. VA.I have made a very in depth study of the Robert Lumpkins of that period.Druscilla and Robert moved to Jasper Co.
