Re: NEED HELP!!!! LOOKING FOR LUND'S FROM NORWAY!!

Also have Lunds in our ancestory who came to the Larsen or Winchester, WI area at the end of 1888 or early 1889.Their names were Ole and Olia Lund and they came with their daughter and son-in-law, Martha (Lund) and Andrew Nelson, also from Norway.My grandfather, Otto Nelson, was born in March 10, 1889, just a few months after they came to America.Ole and Olia Lund were my great, great grandparents, and Andrew and Martha (Lund) Nelson were my great grandparents.I believe they were also dairy farmers.Andrew and Martha (Lund) Nelson had 3 children born in Norway (Ole, Mina, and Nels) and 2 more children born in Wisconsin (Otto and Anna).I do not remember what they exact last name was in Norway.I hope this will help you.If you have any information that might help me, i would greatly appreciate it as I am also having some difficulty finding more information concerning the Lunds.I think they may have come from the Loiten? area of Norway, or near there.Good luck in your search and you may e-mail me any time at mtm39@tri-lakes.net.
