Sarah Luttrell 1830 Frederick Co., VA
There is a Sarah Luttrell listed on the 1830 Census Frederick Co., VA Western District on the same page with Fielding, James, Lewis, and Richard Luttrell. Since the list is alphabetical, it is not possible to determine who lived next to whom. There are two women listed in Sarah's household, one age 50-60 [b. 1770-1780] and one age 80-90 [b. 1740-1750].
We know from the Allied Families book that after the death of John Lewis Luttrell, his widow, Winifred, and four of their children - Robert, Fielding, Sarah, and Frankie - moved to Frederick Co.
The woman above, b. 1740-1750, is too old to be the daughter of John Lewis and Winifred. The younger woman could be, and I think probably is, that daughter, the sister of Fielding and Robert. Who is the older woman? It can't be Winifred, she was born in 1733 and died 1816/1818.
Can anyone confirm that the woman born 1770-1780 is indeed Sarah, daughter of John Lewis and Winifred? And does anyone have any idea who the older woman could be?
Thanks for any help.
