I am desperate to connect with this branch of the family..I have just discoved that my grandmother (Born 1882 in Springfield MO)was the daughter of Ida Lyman and a previous
husband (Lyman-first name unknown-deceased). This child was adopted by Rufus and Mary Lacy of North Springfield MO (and NY State)... Ida Lyman remarried in Springfield MO, March of 1883,one George Haynes...of West Plains, Howell Co. Missouri...
