According to the bio sketch of Benjamin Tollman, farmer, of Camanche, his wife's name was Sarah Lyman, a native of New York. Ben was born in New Holland, Pickaway Co., Ohio, in 1832. He came to Iowa in 1854 and married Sarah in 1857.They had 3 sons and 5 daughters.
