MEADVILLE — Cheryl Irene Macaulay, 66, of Meadville, passed away Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, at her residence.

She was born Aug, 2, 1947, in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of the late William Russell and Irene Frances (Hammond) McDonald. She married Brian Gerald Macaulay; he survives.

She graduated from Marion Center High School, Marion Center, Indiana County.

She is survived by her husband, Brian Gerald Macaulay of Meadville; two sons, Dale A. Forkl of Meadville, and Robert C. Forkl and his wife, Kristin, of Guys Mills; three grandchildren, Bradley Forkl, Alana Forkl and Ben McEwen; a sister, Lori Taylor of Indiana; and three brothers, William McDonald of Florida, Jim Hammond of Indiana and Kevin Hammond of Meadville. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Cindy Small, and a brother, Rick Hammond.
