Hello David, familysearch.org gives the following as the family of Duncan McLennan and Ann Henderson.

Janet christened 22nd December, 1814 at Urray.
Marych. 22nd December, 1814 at Urray.
Marych. 10th January, 1817 at Urray.
Ann ch. 6th October, 1818 at Urray.

There is also the IGI;Duncan ch. 9th December, 1834, to above parents in the Parish of Kilmorack, but the surname is McLinnan; still a McLennan.No sign of John and I have no more on the Urray children in my files.

Urray is the adhacent Parish, northwards, in Ross-shire to Kilmorack which has Beauly in it as the main village.
