Mike, I'm descended from Richard Maddox and Martha Kendrick through son John Richard who married Aley Mae Harlan. Richard's father was Benjamin Maddox who married Frances (Wheeler?) Benjamin's father was Cornelius Maddox m. Mary Smallwood. Have more info, but would have to dig it out. Let me know if I can help you any more.
