I found a death record for their son James Elmer HARRIS, born 19-June-1922 in Albertville, AL, died 11-Feb-1974 in Temple, Bell Co, TX.
I can't find a Lavonia MADDOX near the right age anywhere in 1900 or 1910.
There's an entry for her at findagrave. The person who created her entry included a copy of her death certificate which says her mother's maiden name was WEBB.

If Conway Graden was their oldest child, they were probably married around 1912.Anderson is still single and living with his parents in 1910.When he registered for the draft he stated he had a wife and 3 children.I can't find a marriage record.
