Here is a brief rundown on what I know about the family of William Maginn (1794-1842), which also includes the notable advocate for the Deaf Francis Maginn. Any additional information greatly appreciated.

John Maginn (175?-1819) appointed teacher in Diocesan School, Cork, in 1777.
