Manges, Mangus in Allen Co., Ohio,

I am looking for ancestors of John W. Manges, Bluffton, Allen Co., Ohio, b. March 1 1857 in Perry County, Ohio. John served two terms in the State Legislature representing Allen County, 1901 and 1903. He married Lizzie Plowright, and then Margaret Jane Ewing. His father was Peter Manges, and mother was Mary Staats. Peter was born in PA, Mary in OH.
