George W. Mann who md. Hettie Williams

I am looking for George Mann's burial. I'm thinking he is the son of Joseph and Marth Mann of Burkesville, Cumberland Co, Ky.
He married Hettie Williams in 1895, had been md prior, according to the 1910 Kentucky census. Who was she? I can't find it.
1880 - Cumberland Co, Ky, he is 19, living in his parents home.
1900 - Cumberland Co, Ky, he and Hettie have been md. 4 yrs.
He may have had two children by his first wife - Curtis and Charlie. Not sure, just heresay, so far.
1910 - I found him and Hettie in Barren Co., Ky
1920 - Hettie is a widow and living with her brother and his family in Marion Co, IN.
His birthdate is Aug. 1864, Ky and death is April 16, 1918, but unable to locate a place or buiral record.
