William Manns of Andover, Hampshire 1770

Seeking relatives of William Manns born about 1770 in Andover. Two of his sons, James and Isaac were convicted of machine breaking and were transported to Australia aboard the Eleanor in June 1831. Have done most of the Australian side of the family. Would love to access English side.
