Isn't it interesting that what seems like a tiny piece of information opens up such big doors in researching!

This helps me to understand what happened to her part of our family after they moved to Baltimore from Ann Arundel MD.

I believe that MARY must be a relative that moved to Baltimore from Virginia. So far, all of the MANNS family that I have located have been listed as born in Maryland and their parents have been listed as born in Maryland. Now I can start to build on the Virginia aspect.

There may also be a clue in terms of the religion. So far I have only found out that my ggggrandmother was buried in Mt. Zion colored cemetery in Ann Arundel MD.. Now I can try to discover if any part of the family joined the Catholic church.
