my great grandad was Thomas Minogue born 1879 'from' Kilkenny. Not sure if he was actually born there. He moved to the UK, married Mary Angnes - they had about 14 kids. My grandad John Joseph died in 1984, my father Peter Bernard died this year in Banbury, UK.

My grandad has one surviving sister 'Peggy' who is a nun in Scotland. I'll be seeing her soon, i'll ask where her dad was born.

He had a lot of brothers and sisters [about 15 i think, so they're may well be a connection
