From what my mom's cousin told me, my great great grandfather Laurence Manogue owned a cigar shop at the corner of 27th and Dauphin in Philadelphia PA in the 1890's.I don't know much about him yet but I am working on it.Laurence was married to Cecelia McDevitt and had two children (Nicholas and Catherine). After Cecelia's death Laurence married Emilie and had 7 children together (John W., Emily S., Lucy, William M., Lawerence J., Lafyette W., and Abram B.). Laurence and Emilie's child William M is my grandmothers father. He married Madeline Koltz and she (gram Emily) is one of nine.
If you have any information/stories you've heard I would love to hear [email protected].
thanks-Tori
