Looking for family

My great grandfather, Cristofolo Marchese and grandfather, Joeseph Marchese immirgrated around the turn of the century from Monreale Sicily.I am trying to find out if any other relatives here in the U.S. or in Sicily.

Unfortunately, the generations before did not ask the right questions....Any information would be appreciated.Perhaps we are related ?
