I have a great deal of information on this family, my ancestor, Betsy Massey, was daughter of Daniel Massey who came to Canada in 1802, and sister to his son, Daniel Massey, father of Hart Massey who was father to Chester Massey and grandfather of Raymond and Vincent Massey.I will be tied up for the next couple of weeks and will either get back to you, or you can e-mail me with what you are looking for specifically.Meantime, I would recommend reading "The Massey's, Founding Family" by Mollie Gillen (it may be out of print but you can get it by inter-library loan probably); a book by Merrill Dennison on the Massey-Harris tractor (has a lot of family info as well as technical stuff); there are a couple of books by Claude Bissell, on Vincent Massey, one on his early years and one on his time as the first Canadian born Governor General.There is also a book by Raymond Massey called "When I was young".I am sure reading those books will keep you busy for a while and will provide you with lots of information.I am looking forward to comparing notes.
