I am delighted to hear from you.Since this was posted, I discovered John Massie Sr was born in Kent, England.He moved to Scotland and married Sarah Wilson in Old Deer, Aberdeen, Scotland in 1843.Their son, John Massie Jr was born in Scotland in 1848.They moved to Canada in the 1850s.I would be very happy to exchange information with you. Here's hoping we find a connection!
