Thanks a lot for the information.This will help very much.I do have another question, if you don't mind.Your info says that Jacob, Sr. died about 1854, but I have not been able to find him on the 1850 Census.Have you?
Also, do you happen to know a Charles Jackson Bickle?He apparently is a MASTERS descendant. On a recent trip to Waco, McLennan County, Texas, I saw where he had retained the marriage license of Elizabeth (Bettie) MASTERS and Edward McKinney LONG. He also retained another MASTERS marriage license.I would very much like to contact him to possibly get a copy of it.
