James S. McCain 1773 - 1825 Alabama

I'm looking for the burial site of James S. McCain 1773-1825 who was married to Rebecca Jane Compton. He is said to be buried on family land possibly in Tuscaloosa County. I just order the map to see the land that the family once owned. Has anyone done this previously and located the grave site?
