Jane Harper McCandless & Hugh Snodgrass Woods

For the last 17 years I have been doing a one-name study of Snodgrasses here, there, and everywhere.At present I am working on the descendants of Thomas Snodgrass & Mary Woods.Their grandson, Hugh Snodgrass Woods, b. 10 May 1810, Fannetsburg, Franklin Co., PA; d. 5 Feb 1861, Knoxville, IL; married 28 Jan 1840, Jane Harper McCandless, b. 1820, Allegheny Co., PA, d/o William McCandless & Mary Harper.Jane died 1903, Knoxville, IL.

Their children were:

1)Mary McCandless Woods, b. 18 Dec 1841, Knoxville, IL; m. 1 Jan 1869, William Henry Sipherd (he d. 2 Nov 1916).

2)Elizabeth Woods; m. 1871, Joseph D. Knox.

3)Margaretta J. Woods.

4)Emma F. Woods; m. 1869, William Williams.

5)Thomas V. Woods.

6)William M. Woods; m. 1869, Emma F. Bassett.

7)John M. Woods, b. 1841; m. 1869, Maria Fuqua.

8)Aseneth J. Woods.

I would like to exchange information with anyone knowing anything about the descendants of this family.
