Macanico in Lancaster Co VA

I'm not a McConnico descendant, just interested because of a connection to the South Carolina Duke family, but I thought researchers might be interested in an early McConnico reference from "Abstracts Lancaster County, Virginia, Wills -- 1653-1800" p. 128:

Johnson, Edward. 29 Jan. 1686/7. Rec. 2 Mar 1686/7.
Edward Johnson of parish of Franham, Co.of Rappahannock. To William Macanico 3 cows being upon the plantation fo Ennis Macanico, when he comes of age of 17. Ex: John Dodson. Wits. Daniell Edwards, Alex. Duke, Peter Ellmore. W.B. Loose wills.
