Connecticut and New York McCRARY family

John McCRARY/McCREERY/McCRARY was born in abt. 1799 Connecticut m. Mary A. b. abt 1797 Connecticut. In 1860 they were living in Mount Morris, Livingston, New York. (In 1850 John Alexander McCreery b. Connecticut living Mount Morris, Livingston County, New York) He was a Shoe Maker at Ridge. May have come from Wayne and Ontario County before settling in Mount Morris, then moving to Wellsville, Allegany County, NY) Had several children

The Oldest McCRARY/McCREARY's I can find in Connecticut are from either Middlesex County or New London County (New London/Lyme?):
