Hettye Bell McCrorey b TX before 1900; dau of William Tom & Nancy Jane McCrorey

Hi. I AM NOT kin and I don't know the family. Just someone who wants to pass some limited information down about this woman and her family.

Hettye Bell McCrorey was most likely born in Texas before 1900. She came to Northeastern New Mexico about 1915 with her parents and filed on land.

Her parents were William Tom and Nancy Jane McCrorey who also moved from Carlton, Texas to Northeastern New Mexico.

She married a neighbor, Hiram Hillyard Robinett, who came from Leday, Coleman Co, Texas to New Mexico in 1915. He came with his aunt and uncle, M/M Dudley Faircloth. He also had at least one sibling, Hardy, who came at some time to New Mexico also. Hettye and Hiram married in March 1918.

They had 4? children.

Hiram died in New Mexico in April, 1965. Hettye died in New Mexico in November, 1973.
