Thomas McCrary, Madison County, AL

Thomas McCrary (1789-1865) was born in Laurens County, S.C., and, in 1809, went to what became Madison County, Alabama, where he married his two Wright wives. If any of his descendants are interested, there was a recent article written about him which includes photos of him with his family and home furnishings. The article and photos are abstracted at:
