We think John Mccrery was born between 1780 and 1790.There isn't much to go onI do know that he had 2 sons and one daughter.I don't know much about the daughter Catherine as cannot find much about her.We do know that the Mccrery they way John spelled it came from the Mccrery bible and hasbeen spelled this way since 1793.Why it was changed I don't know but looking at all the research up to date I have seen the last name spelled in various ways.
